Robbie Berardi on Forced Meditation, Being
a Professional World Traveller,
and Doing It All

Meet my cousin, Robbie. Historian and philosopher. Member of a ThinkTank. Museum educator. Massage therapist. Blacksmith. Free diver. Mountaineer. Cheerleader. Juggler. World Traveller. You name it, Robbie’s done it. Robbie joins us to talk about doing what you want without a plan, how physical activity has changed how he cares for his mental health, and art as the ultimate catharsis. I’ve always looked up to Robbie for how he does whatever he feels compelled to do without a second guess– whether that be blacksmith training in Europe or becoming a massage therapist in Thailand– and I’m excited for you to learn a little bit about him.

About Our Guest

My cousin, Robbie, never ceases to amaze me. As you’ll hear in this episode of None of Us Are Normal, he truly has done it all. He’s been a blacksmith, historian, philosopher, museum educator, cheerleader, massage therapist, juggler… just to name a few. At the end of the day, he’s always asked the question, “What’s next?” and followed exactly where the answer to that question led him next, all the while pushing himself to his physical limits and honoring his mental and emotional limits.
